Eakers Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) in their original condition within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange subject to the terms and conditions in our returns policy outlined below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
· Timeframe: Items must be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date.
· Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, gift receipt, or order confirmation is required.
· Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
· Tags: All original product tags and labels must still be securely attached.
Excluded Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
· Personalised, custom-made, or altered products
· Pierced jewellery and earrings
· Underwear
· Perishable goods or food items
How to Return Your Items
Please bring your items and your proof of purchase to any till point in our store. Your return will be processed immediately.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash immediately in-store.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any item you purchase from Eakers Ltd is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please return it to us as soon as possible. We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
