Christmas Voucher 2026 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to the vouchers printed in the 13.11.26 Crediton Courier publication and the November Kirton Quarterly publication:

  1. The Eakers Ltd shop voucher gives £5 off a single transaction of £30 or more in the Eakers Ltd shop. The Eakers Café voucher gives £2 off a single transaction of £10 or more in the Eakers Café, operated by Eakers Ltd.
  2. Shop vouchers can only be used in the shop, and café vouchers can only be used in the café.
  3. Vouchers are valid until 31st December 2026 and cannot be used after this date.
  4. The original printed voucher must be handed in at the till at the time of purchase. Photocopies, screenshots and damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
  5. Limited to one shop voucher and one café voucher per customer. Vouchers cannot be used on a purchase that has already been made.
  6. Vouchers have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item, and no change will be given.
  7. Vouchers cannot be used together with a trade discount or trade account pricing, or with any other offer, promotion or discount.
  8. Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards, gas bottles, delivery charges or hire. These items do not count towards the minimum spend.
  9. The minimum spend must be met after any other reductions have been applied.
  10. If items bought using a voucher are returned and the remaining spend falls below the minimum, the value of the voucher will be deducted from any refund.
  11. Vouchers are not for resale.
  12. Eakers reserves the right to refuse a voucher that has been altered, copied or obtained improperly, and to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
